Fred Deluca CPA Fred graduated from Saint Francis
University in Loretta, PA and went on to become a
Certified Public Accountant. He has held numerous
positions as CFO, COO and CEO in both large and small
organizations. Fred's expertise is in strategic planning,
revenue growth, outsourcing and mergers and
acquisitions. He has served on numerous boards and
committees including the audit committee of a publicly
traded company Fred resides with his wife Kathleen and
their two children in Gambrills Maryland.
William T. Stansbury CPA
Bill Stansbury has over 30 years experience in
accounting, real estate, financing and client advisory
Bill served as CFO of two start-up companies, where he
gained his first hand experience in the problems that face
all entrepreneurs. He then formed his own firm, initially to
help companies in work out positions with local banks.
This grew into a full service company designed to not only
advise clients on various options, but really to first
understand the Client’s business and goals, then to
structure financings to meet each company’s unique
needs. His experience as a CFO and understanding of the
financing markets for real estate, equipment and other
asset based financing sources helps his Clients achieve
both their personal and goals.
Bill passes his CPA examination in 1980, and currently
holds his Maryland real estate sales license with a
commercial designation with GMB Associates in Chevy
Chase, MD. GMB is a full service real estate firm with
brokerage licenses in the District, Maryland and Virginia.
GMB also services clients locally and nationally with
strategic alliances with other national brokers including
Cushman & Wakefield Advisory Services.
He graduated from West Virginia University, and moved to
the Washington DC area in 1974. Bill and his wife and his
one son, Taylor, live in Rockville, Maryland. He has
served his community as a Big Brother and currently
serves on the Board of the Montgomery County Salvation
Army. He and his family are members of the St. Raphael
Catholic Community and serves on its building committee.
Mike Sheehan leads the leasing initiative within the
consulting firm TAS for both the commercial and
government markets. Prior to joining TAS, he was
Director, Government Sales and Marketing for Lotus
Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of IBM. He was
responsible for sales, service, marketing and
management of the channel for all Federal, State and
Local government within the company.
His leasing experience was gained working in
management for ten years with United States Leasing and
with Finalco. He has held other management posts with
Xerox and Exxon Office Systems. Mike has a BS in
Journalism from the University of Maryland and an MBA in
Marketing from American University.
